How do I contact the Career Center?
Tools and Resources Available through the Career Center:
- Advising Appointments. Schedule an advising appointment with an advisor in the Career Center to talk about interviewing techniques, ways to improve your résumé, and whatever questions you may have about the interviewing process. If you are unable to come to campus for the appointment, you can request a phone or Skype meeting. Drop-in sessions are also available at different times and locations on campus.
- CareerWeb. Apply for part-time student work, internships, and full-time positions via the CareerWeb portal. You can set filters with specific criteria and key words so you don’t have to sift through thousands of listings, and you can set notification settings so the site alerts you when a job has been posted that matches what you’re looking for.
- InterviewStream. InterviewStream allows you to record yourself while practicing mock interviews on your personal time. Afterwards, you can review the recording and analyze your performance. Pro Tip: bring snippets of your mock interview into an advising appointment to get tailored advice!
