David Keplinger’s Natural Reach

Author and MFA faculty member David Keplinger has been garnering glowing reviews for his latest book of poetry, The Most Natural Thing (2013). Winner of the Colorado Book Award for The Prayers of Others (2006) and the T.S. Eliot Prize, Keplinger’s latest work explores the minutiae of our lives, those elements that ultimately add up to the complex whole: the singularity of a word or translation, the mysterious biology of the human form, the vulnerability we share. We here at Cafe Americain thought we ought to take a moment to celebrate his work with a round up of his latest reviews.
