MFA student published in Washington Post; Professor and alumni receive DC Fellowship Grants
November is shaping up to be an exciting month for members of American’s MFA community!
Current student Patrick Marion Bradley was published in The Washington Post Magazine‘s education issue. His article, started in the MFA program’s Art of Literary Journalism course, follows an AU student in his quest to learn Chinese and communicate with his parents. See the article here.
The DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities has awarded 2014 Fellowship Grants to three familiar faces: faculty member David Keplinger and graduates Abdul Ali and Sandra Beasley. Find out more on the Commission’s website.
Congratulations to Patrick, David, Abdul, and Sandra!
